My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, right on the Paseo de Montejo, which I loved, but the rooms were quite noisy with an extra loud fan that couldn't be turned off. Despite the noise, the whirlpool was a nice touch. However, the rooms were small and not as clean as I would have liked, and having only one bed was a bit inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room, although nice and cool, lacked outlets by my side of the bed. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely polite and accommodating. The location, despite being a distance away from the city center, was still walkable and convenient. The dining options were decent but could use more variety.
